To Peplum or not to Peplum... that IS the question this Spring
I try to keep up with the latest fashion trends though I usually don't follow them and it seems that everywhere this season there's talk of the peplum. For those who don't know, a peplum is the extra flare of material usually at the waist of a jacket or blouse. (See pic below)
I'm a little hesitant to wear something that will add inches onto my frame but I might have to try it out before I make a final decision. So what do you think? Will you do the peplum?
